It started with a burden.

That burden eventually became Amelioration.

The first gathering was held in December 2021 at the Ghana Police Church Hall, bringing together a little over 50 people.

There was no large organisation behind it. No massive infrastructure. No guarantee of what would happen next.

There was simply a burden, a few people willing to believe, and a God who provided.

Over the years, Amelioration has continued to gather young people around Christ, creating spaces for worship, teaching, prayer, healing, testimony and transformation.

But the journey has revealed something bigger.

The gathering was never meant to be the entire story.

The conference became a doorway into a much larger vision: a place where restoration could become a way of life.
